Our Policies

If Rutland and/or Chittenden schools are closed, Grand Performance will also be closed WITHOUT verbal notification-It may not be possible for each individual family to be notified prior to closing. If poor weather conditions in your area occur or you are unsure about the weather, please call the studio phone or the directors cell phone one hour before your scheduled class time and listen to the recorded message. It may also be necessary to cancel classes if teachers are unable to travel to the studio due to weather, again please call the studio one hour before your class time. Many times the weather in Rutland is very different than surrounding areas.
